Even though the hotel needs some maintenance, I loved how close it was to John A Patten Park and the stunning Glen Falls Trail, making my city strolls really enjoyable and full of beautiful views.

We had a nice stay near Ruby Falls. The location was perfect for our family trip, and the hotel was clean and accommodating. Our room was spacious enough for us, including our newborn baby, and we appreciated the family-friendly amenities. The nearby attractions made our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could be safer and was a little slippery for kids. An upgrade would definitely help families feel more secure when enjoying the facilities.
